Software Engineer (Backend / Systems)
Work on real-time audio pipelines, WebSocket infrastructure, and high-throughput services.
Experience that matters:
- • Go, Rust, or similar systems languages
- • Concurrency, streaming, low-latency systems
- • Production experience operating distributed services
Applied ML / Speech Engineer
Improve speech recognition accuracy without compromising user privacy.
Experience that matters:
- • ASR systems (Whisper, NeMo, Kaldi, or similar)
- • Data pipelines with strict anonymization guarantees
- • Model evaluation and error analysis, not just training
Product-Minded Engineer
Build features end-to-end with minimal abstraction layers.
Experience that matters:
- • Full ownership of shipped features
- • Comfort working across backend, desktop, or infrastructure
- • Ability to translate vague problems into concrete systems
