Juxano is building a privacy-respecting, real-time AI assistant for professionals who work with sensitive information. The product operates at the intersection of speech recognition, local context, and applied AI—without harvesting conversations to train generative models.

Open Roles

Software Engineer (Backend / Systems)

Work on real-time audio pipelines, WebSocket infrastructure, and high-throughput services.

Experience that matters:

  • • Go, Rust, or similar systems languages
  • • Concurrency, streaming, low-latency systems
  • • Production experience operating distributed services

Applied ML / Speech Engineer

Improve speech recognition accuracy without compromising user privacy.

Experience that matters:

  • • ASR systems (Whisper, NeMo, Kaldi, or similar)
  • • Data pipelines with strict anonymization guarantees
  • • Model evaluation and error analysis, not just training

Product-Minded Engineer

Build features end-to-end with minimal abstraction layers.

Experience that matters:

  • • Full ownership of shipped features
  • • Comfort working across backend, desktop, or infrastructure
  • • Ability to translate vague problems into concrete systems

What We Don't Do

  • No training generative models on user conversations
  • No dark-pattern analytics
  • No selling or brokering user data
  • No artificial urgency or growth theater

Compensation
