Juxano provides AI-assisted transcription and contextual assistance based on user-supplied audio, text, and visual inputs.

2. User Responsibilities

Users:

• Retain ownership of their content
• Must ensure they have the right to record audio or capture screens
• Are responsible for compliance with local recording and consent laws

3. Subscription Plans

• Monthly Premium: $20/month
• Annual Premium: $12/month (billed annually)
• Privacy Tier: $100/month

Features, retention, and training exclusions vary by plan as defined in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Use the Service for illegal surveillance
• Circumvent security or isolation mechanisms
• Attempt to extract model parameters or system internals

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or contextually incorrect. Juxano does not guarantee correctness and disclaims liability for decisions made based on AI output.

6. Termination

Juxano may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or abuse of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
